Tissue Machines

Tissue products include all those types of paper intended for sanitary and domestic use, such as toilet paper, paper towel, napkins, facial tissue and much more.

After preparing a specific stock, the actual sheet manufacture is made in the continuous paper machine, which final product are huge jumbo rolls.

Tissue manufacture requires a type of machine with its own characteristics, that in general it is composed by:

• Forming section or wet end, where the stock coming from the headbox is poured on the wire,
• Press section, where the sheet is squeezed against the yankee cylinder in order to remove water,
• Dryer section, composed of hood and yankee dryer, where the heat dries the paper,
• Reeling, which is the paper winding into parent rolls.

In Overmade we stand out for the realization of tissue machines thanks to the particular softness and properties of the paper produced. Such quality is the result of the peculiar jet impingement geometry of the OVER FORMER CR® and the Dynaflo® headbox.

Our tissue machines are flexible and efficient and produce salable jumbo rolls from the very start-up. Regardless of the size, speed and output capacity of our machines, from the smallest line (with operating speed of 1,100 mpm) to the more sophisticated one (with a speed of 2,200 mpm) the final product will meet the highest qualitative standards.

We can boast more than 100 complete installations, successfully started up, including a high number of repeated orders. Depending on the capacity and daily production goal, we offer a wide range of machines, from the simplest model, designed for 40 t/d., to the most advanced one, for 250 t/day.
