The FLO SET MK II is a hydraulic headbox designed for inclined Fourdrinier with suction breast roll tissue former, at speeds up to 1,200 mpm.
All the surfaces in contact with the stock are 316 L stainless steel clad, with thorough finish and electropolishing. The special turbulence generator and the flexible lip design of these headboxes are the key points to obtain an optimal fiber distribution and a superior paper quality. The CD profiling is made manually by micro-screw jacks spaced 150 mm.
