Following the reorganization of its internal processes and their integration with those previously in place at Over Meccanica, OVERMADE invested in a project of a fully new automated management information system in order to raise its responsiveness to customers in terms of timeliness and integration. Started in January 2016, the project involved different resources both internal and external. For the portion regarding production management and control a new generation system was implemented. To determine the choice of the system, realized by Sanmarco Informatica, was the fact that it made the data relating to the 55 years of former activity easy to acquire and to manage and the platforms "design" and "customer care" easy to integrate.
JGALILEO - that's the name of the system - went successfully live in June 2016.
